You walk away with a thoughtfully styled property, a cohesive photoshoot, and a complete set of launch-ready visuals—so your rental goes live with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Curate is a virtual design service for those who want a fully hands off approach, removing the overwhelm of making every design decision themselves. We lead the creative direction from start to finish, selecting furnishings, finishes, and fixtures that feel timeless, elevated, and intentionally guest-centered. First we complete a Matterport scan of your property, next we make all the design selections and build it in 3D, and last we hand you the detailed installation guide, order list, and realistic renders for you or your installation team to bring the design into reality.

We spend four days on-site staging the space for photography, guiding the photoshoot, and capturing high-quality content that translates beautifully across listing platforms and social media. Yes we will provide you a floor plan with your selected furniture placed within it so you can see accurate spacing, traffic patterns, and sizing before you spend thousands.
Our end deliverable to you will include all necessary floor plans, finish plans, lighting schedules, elevations, and realistic renders so your installation team will not have to ask you a single question about how to install your property properly.

Studio Host was born at the intersection of design, hospitality, and lived experience. After designing, launching, and operating dozens of high-performing vacation rentals, we saw a gap in the industry—spaces that looked good online but failed to feel good in real life.
